When you set your hair or check whether it is falling or not, some hair comes out, Right? I was also making the same mistake in my hair loss journey, but In this blog, I am going to discuss a topic called “Why does my hair falls when I touch it?”,
You would find some personal diet, precautions, and lifestyle changes can help to control your hair fall.
Reasons why our hair is Weak
Genetics plays a vital role: No matter how effective your diet is, if you are genetically weak in terms of hair, then it will fall.
It sounds a little bit harsh, but it is true. The good news is that with the help of some medicinal drugs, you can slow down your hair fall and
some patients also got results regardless of their genetics.
You are eating junk food: No doubt, we feel satisfied when we eat food that tastes good. In my school days, I and my friends used to eat pizza, momos, etc.
If you are genetically weak and if you eat fast food, then it makes your hair fall worse.
Lack of Sleep: As we grow older, we bear roles and responsibilities towards family and professional life and due to that we neglect sleep.
Sleep is not just necessary for your mind to function properly, but it also reduces stress levels.
If you want to save your hair, then you definitely should get at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep daily.

How do you Stop pulling your Hair?
Those who are facing hair loss have the habit of pulling their hair to check whether it is falling or not. Here are some tips you can follow to stop pulling your hair.
Do not check whether it is falling or not: When we start using any oil or medicinal drug, just to check whether it works or not, we start pulling our hair. Do not take confirmation by pulling your hair; if you are still facing hair fall, you will find it on your pillow or shoulder.
Use a Wide-Tooth Comb: To set our hair, we generally use a normal comb, but this type of comb will get tangled with your hair and pull out some of it. Make sure you have a wide-tooth comb.
Dry your Hair with cotton clothes: One of the biggest mistakes I made was wiping my hair harshly with a towel. When we take a bath, the roots of our hair become weak for a few moments, and if you dry your hair harshly, your hair will pull out. Take a dry cotton cloth and wipe it gradually.
Diet plan I followed on my hair loss journey
There are tremendous diets on the internet, but which one works for you is again a question mark. One diet does not apply to all body types, and what I followed is what I am going to share.
Take 2 Eggs daily for protein: Hair is made up of protein, and if you are not vegetarian, then 2 eggs a day are a must. Curd and soybeans are also good options if you are vegetarian.
You have to take this in the morning while doing breakfast.
Drink Flaxseed and chia seed juice: Flax seeds are rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, and you can use them as an alternative to walnuts. I used to take it at 10:00 a.m.
Take Salad at lunch: Digestion also plays a vital role in your hair. Let’s say you’re eating everything right, but what if it fails to digest? To improve the digestive system, fiber is a must in your meal. That’s why eating a salad before lunch provides fiber and other nutrients for your hair.
In salad, you can include carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, and beetroot.
Take Fresh fruits for snacks: Most of the time, people take tea or coffee in the evening, but if you’re facing hair fall, it may make it worse. If you are a student or a working professional, then eating apples, bananas, or watermelon is the best option.
Take curd at night: Curds contain calcium, and you can take them with 50 grams of peanuts. At dinner, I used to prepare a curd and peanut mixture.
Take 100 grams of curd and 50 grams of peanuts and mix them well.
Some people complain that it does not taste good; believe me, it tastes awesome without any sugar or toppings.
Note: If you’re following the Keto Diet then we have a special diet called the “Ketobiotic diet” and It has incredible benefits. Read more on What is Ketobiotic Diet?
Dos and don’ts I follow to stop my hair from falling
Consume Minimum Sugar and Salt: Consuming salt and sugar is not only good for your hair but also your overall health. Simply reduce your daily sugar and salt intake by 50% and watch the difference.
Take Amla juice: Amla juice works for me because it is rich in vitamin C. I used to take Amla juice at 6:00 p.m. Make sure you do not purchase the packed Amla juice. Buy the fresh one, chop it into small pieces, and grind it.
Meditate for at least 10 minutes a day: While performing meditation, just enter into a zero-thought state. I know this sounds a little bit difficult—how to enter into a zero-thought state—but if you do, your mind becomes calm.
Performing Yoga: Headstand and nail rubbing are the main yoga practices that I followed in my hair loss journey. Headstands improve blood circulation in your head and provide all the nutrition that is present in your blood.
Nail dubbing stimulates your hair follicles, and according to Ayurveda, it regrows your hair. Both are some of my favorite yoga poses for hair fall control. Read more on How to do a headstand.
