So let’s begin.

What is the Flexpro meal?

what is flexpro meals

Flexpro Meal is a meal delivery service that provides pre-prepared meals to their customers at their doorstep. These meals are rearranged and frozen. You can consume this meal by just heating it in the microwave and consuming it directly. For various fitness goals, they will provide different meals.

How does shipping happen in Flexpro?

Flexpro ships via UPS. The time of delivery depends on your order. Let’s say if your order is less, then they’ll try to deliver the next day, but if your order is for 1 month, then they’ll ship within a few days.

What’s inside the Flexpro meals box?

Inside box of flexpro meals

Inside the box, you’ll find dry ice for the freshness of meals.

After removing the ice packets, you’ll get the meal based on your order.

As I am intermittently fasting, that’s why I skipped the breakfast part and just ordered lunch and dinner. As a result, the overall cost of the meal is most likely low.

Why do I opt for the Flexpro meal?

As a gym trainer and motivational speaker, I travel a lot across the United States. The cost of food at the airport is high as compared to these meals.

For that, I just want access to MicroVave, and that’s it.

When should you subscribe to Flexpro meals?

While traveling: As I discussed above, if you’re a hard-core traveler like me, then Flexpro meals could be the best option for you. As per my experience, foods that we get outside are not healthy at all, and the price is almost double for a simple meal.

Busy professional:- Most of the time, working professionals don’t have time to prepare healthy and homemade foods. Flexpro meal can also be a good option for them because you just need to microwave the whole packet and consume it.

College students: Those students who went for studies and practicals away from home can try this meal plan. You can order based on your comfort level.

This meal plan is less expensive than other foods available outside.

Flexpro Meals Review. What’s inside the box?

FlexPro Meals review

Now we’re opening what’s inside our box. So let’s start.

Day: 1

Lunch packet:- As we discussed above, we skipped the breakfast part. That’s why we’re considering lunch as our first review product.

Honey Chipotle:- As you can see, the nutritional value of honey chipotle

As per instructions, we need to microwave it for 4–4.5 minutes because it is frozen.

As you can see below, it looks.

You can add raw, chopped veggies to it.

If you ask me, how does it taste? It tastes really good, like freshly cooked.

Dinner:- Have you ever heard that a healthy person eats a light dinner? That’s why I ordered a food that matches avocado.

Avocado Pesto Steak:- It contains 620 calories, 33 grams of protein, 31 carbohydrates, and 37 grams of fat. Again, as per instructions, I need to microwave it for 4–4.5 minutes.

Day 2:-

Lunch:-

Steakhouse Truffles Mac& Cheese: Sounds tasty, right? Now this is the top most tasty lunch option in the Flexpro meal option.

It has 540 calories, 36g of protein, 38g of carbs, and 25g of fat.

Dinner option:- At dinner, we are going to eat Ragy Ravioli. It has 630g of calories, 26g of protein, 39g of fat, and 39g of carbs. It seems like an Italian meal with meat in it. I would like to highlight that this is not keto-friendly at all, but it tastes really good.

Day 3:

Lunch: At lunch, we will eat Fogo de Chao. They promote it as a lean muscle meal, which contains 500 calories, 32 carbohydrates, 34 grams of protein, and 21 grams of fat.

This dish is made up of pulled pork, and now we are going to cook it on the stovetop for 4–4.5 minutes.

After completing the full meals, it feels so satisfying, and the taste is also good.

I think that it tastes good when you cook it on the stovetop instead of in a microwave.

Dinner: Diablo Surf and Turf contains 42g of carbs, 35g of protein, 590g of calories, and 29g of fat.

This meal helps you provide lean muscle, but it’s a little bit spicy. Overall, it also has steak, shrimp, and rigatoni.

Alex (name changed) says

This is one of the most cost-effective meal preps I have ever found. Before this, I tried almost two meal prep brands from other brands. They’re also good, but they cost a lot. In my opinion, you can go for it.

Easy to order, tastes good, and is worthy

Lilly Fernandez (name changed) says

This meal prep was recommended by one of my relatives. At first, I was skeptical about this, but after reading the reviews online, I ordered. This is amazing.

The taste is moderate, but I think the cost should be low compared to what they’re serving.
