Both flavors have almost similar nutritional values, but chocolate down contains 180 mg of potassium, whereas chocolate chip cookie dough contains only 90 mg of potassium.

How does it taste?

As it contains one gram of sugar, that’s why it tastes like normal chocolate. Overall, the textile is great, and I would like to try it again after my post-workout. One thing I would say is that it makes me feel fuller for a longer period.

It is easy; just tear the packet and take it out right away. It is thicker by default, but if you want a soft texture, heat it for 10 seconds.

Yes, it is best after the gym because it contains 21 grams of protein, which is good for muscle repair.
